Welcome to Gardenia Accessories. We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Items are eligible for return or refund only if the original packaging seal is unopened and intact.

  • Any product with an opened or broken seal is not eligible for return or refund.

  • Returned items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition.


Final Sale Items

  • All earrings are final sale.
    Due to hygiene and safety standards, earrings cannot be returned or refunded, even if the packaging is unopened.


Return Window

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.


Return Shipping Costs

  • For standard returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, Gardenia Accessories will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement at no cost to you.


How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at gardeniaccessories@gmail.com or reach out through our Contact Us page.

  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

  4. Items must be shipped back in their original sealed packaging.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the product is returned with an opened seal or any signs of use, the refund will be declined.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.
We will investigate the issue and send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
